Hummingbird Mural

Client: Citigroup Place Toronto - Oxford Properties

Location: Toronto, ON | August 2025

This mural was completed for the same client on an exterior concrete wall surrounding a stairwell behind the building. While slightly more tucked away, the location saw constant traffic as commuters used it as a shortcut to Union Station, making the process both challenging and energizing.

Working in such a busy passage meant regularly painting alongside the flow of people, but it also created a great opportunity to connect with passersby. Many shared how much they appreciated the colour being added to their daily commute.

Despite a small hiccup along the way (including an unexpected allergic reaction while on site), the project came together smoothly. The final piece introduces a clean, simple design with a strong pop of colour, helping to brighten and beautify what was once a very plain, overlooked space.
